understanding of and compassion for the self. This in turn may nurture and foster addressing the patterns of behaviour and relating that may have become unsuitable in the present. |
What is happening right now?Anxiety, depression and trauma can lead to avoidant and pre-occupied behaviours. Worries and stresses can add to complex feelings that may cause us to feel 'un-grounded' or emotionally unstable.
